Combine Document from Template with DMS

Part of this question has also been posted on SCN.

 

1.    I have a requirement for combining two functionalities and want to ask
if any of you have had this issue and found a solution. My customer wants to
use the workflow functionality for Create a document from Template (Word)
with workflow but the template should not be stored in the workflow template
as standard but it should be retrieved from a DMS Inforecord where they have
all their templates stored.

 

2.    Furthermore, when the document is finally complete during workflow
processing the document should be stored in a new DMS inforecord as original
file using a background task.

 

Any guidelines are much appreciated.
