AGENT NOT FOUND

Hi,

I have refreshed the organizational structure but no gain.

In workflow logs, Graphical Representation i can see (NO AGENT) for dialog
step.

In the workflow container,i can see the user details for WF_AGENT
parameter, but still its not going to agent.
