webgui issue

Hello Team,

            We are facing here a strange issue with WEBGUI service. When
I click on the URL in extended notification email, the logon screen is
coming and able to login. Then after the screen shows "Please wait" with
cross symbol beside it. All the required services in SICF were
activated. Our basis tried to resolve the issue and found the WEBGUI
service itself is the problem. The difference with the other systems is
the port number i.e. 50000 . 

            

            I did copy of CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS handler from other systems
(with port 8000) and replaced the given handlers in WEBGUI. I can able
to see the SAP Easy access screen but it times out immediately. Please
advise if anyone gone through this situation.
