Task missing in UWL but visible in SBWP

If you have tried the SWI5 transaction and you are sure it is with that person then you may have omitted registering the task in the Portal or omitted the setting up of the task in teh backend using SWFVISU.

Hi Friends,

I have an issue where work item (task TS01000076) is appearing in SBWP but not visible in UWL. That agent is able to see other work items in her inbox but nothing from task TS01000076. Can you tell me if there is anything I need to do in particular? I am not a portal person.
