Buffer problem in SAP Workflow (Sanjay9 P)

Sanjay,

Since you assert that your event is not getting triggered, I would suggest 
the possibility the issue may be outside the workflow runtime. Would you 
provide us with the following information:

1. What database and version is your SAP installation running on?
2. How many application servers do you have in your Development instance?
3. How many application servers do you have in your Quality instance?
