program RSWUWFML2 duplicate notifications

Still you getting duplicate items while it is checked ?
In that case I would request you to use extended notification ( SWNCONFIG 
) as because  RSWUWFML2 obsolete now.

i ran RSWUWFML2 with "New Work Items Only" option checked and creation 
date empty and creation time 00:00:00
but still duplicate the emails
 
any other idea
