Job SWEQSRV Stuck in Scheduled Status

Hi all,
A couple of weekends ago, SWEQSRV started to act erratically - or so it seems. The status in SM37 goes from Scheduled to Released to Ready to Active to Finished in a matter of seconds and this is all day long.  Close to midnight the program stops at Scheduled status and does not restart. Is someone having this trouble or can someone give us some light on what we can do to fix this? Default settings for this job are and have always been set to Configuration 20 - 1 - 5 in SWEQADM. This has always worked fine.
