Find back workitems in a resubmission mode

[Julien Labruyere]

The problem isn't really the resubmission, that we can manage, but to spot
which workitems are put in resubmission for use who have left for any
reasons.

Of course from their workplace we can find back the workitem put as to be
resubmitted, but only in the workplace of the user
