Workflows in Retail

Hi.

 

I have a SAP Retail client who is interested in implementing workflow.  I
have very little experience in the SAP Retail environment per se, so I would
appreciate any input anyone can give as to what workflows you have found to
be of greatest benefit in the Retail environment.  I am not looking for
detailed information on the workflows, just an overview of what processes
the workflows have optimised.
