Problem with a step in a Workflow - Hanging

HI All,
I have created Category For Extended Notification
and a selection for it
in the selection I added a task into it and in the subscription
I chose the Sending Notifications to All Users
and what happen is that all the recipients for the task i added received
all the task waited for them from other tasks
