Hello Monique,
Why don't you have the work center to be part of the work item subject and that way it can be easily visible? You can also use priories which will allow the users to sort by.
Regards,Ali

The approvers would like to have a way to determine which work center the document is actually in without having to open the document.? I would like to add a column to the business workplace for this purpose.? We are looking at some new workflow processes and users that are currently in the Accounts Payable work center may see these new documents as well.? It would be helpful to them to be able to separate out the documents by this work center so it does not get too confusing and cluttered.
