Workflow which gets triggered for the action in t-code : bea_action_def

Hi,
I have a issue in CRM . In the billing transaction in CRM system on
execution of the particular action, which is defined in transaction
bea_action_def. A smart form is getting generated. This smartform doesnt
trigger on particular instances.

On seeing the action in the transaction bea_action_def, it seems a
workflow condition is execeuted that triggers workflow , but i couldn't
find any workflow triggered for that action in SWI1. On clicking of the
action definition it shows rule type as "Workflow Conditions". But i
couldn't find out which workflow condition etc.

Could anyone help on this.
