SRM: Process Controlled workflow error

Hi

I need to End a workflow for Rfx in SRM. It is process controlled and went to status error when executing method FINISH_PROCESS. The problem is that it is locking the document because the workflow is stuck. Someone tried to submit an Rfx response after deadline and now the workflow is in error. At the moment buyers can't accept Rfx responses because the document is not editable.

Please help. How do I correctly end the worflow?
