Workflow Not Failing on Agent Determination

>From memory Terminate if Rule Resolution without Result only sends the workflow into error if your function raises the "NOBODY_FOUND" exception.
Raising any old exception won't do.... it needs to be that one.

Hi Folks,

I've been using Workflows for quite a while now but have never seen this, could anyone here shed any light?

I have a decision task in my workflow that has agent determination based on a "Function to be Executed" rule, that calls a custom function module. This rule is marked as "Terminate if Rule Resolution Without Result".

However, I am experiencing an issue where the workflow runs, no agent is being picked up but the status remains green. Then, when I re-run the agent determination using SWI1_RULE, it runs through the code exactly as I expect without any changes to master data and picks up the correct agent.

Anyone shed any light on that?! I can investigate the problem with it not finding the correct agent all of the time myself, but why would the workflow not be going to error when it can't find a user?
