SRM rfx custom approval process

Swathi, if you are using Process Controlled Worklfow, you will have to 
implement the BAdI Define Agents in IMG (SPRO > SRM Server > Business 
Add-Ins > Business Workflow > Process-Controlled Workflow). There are 
several posts in SRM workflow forum in SDN that explain how.
