Error 'No active plan version exists' in PRD

Hi,
I am facing issues in PRD server. In PRD there are 6 versions of Workflow
template. In the workflow log , the WF shows running fine and everything is
running as per the process. However when i click on the task number in the
technical WF log, it gives me error 'No active plan version exists' and it
does not open up the task as usual. Also in the SWDD when i double click on
the task, it doesn't display the task.
It could have been possible that task was not trasnported, but in the log i
can see the task container returning the right parameters and workflow
working fine with the task.
Setting in SWU3 are all green an active plan is maintained.
Any pointers would be helpful to resolve this issue.
