Filtering Extended Notification

Hi Experts,

I have configured Extended Notification for my client. My client has 
different Company Codes say A, B, C....
All the Company Codes are using the same workflow but some company code do 
not want the extended notification. 

Is it possible to filter the extended notification by company code rather 
than task ( in SWNCONFIG ) ?
Please let me know.
