Workflow in Error Monitoring and Notification

Hi Colm,

In the workflow definition, try Basic Data > Version-Dependent tab > Agents tab. There you should see a workflow-specific setting for Workflow Administrator.

I haven't used this yet myself, but I think it will solve your issue.

Hi Folks,

Quick one. Is there a transaction where I can set-up workflow specific error monitoring and notifications? The HR functional team would like to receive a SAP Document  Notification into their SAP Business Workplace Inbox whenever one of their two workflows go into a status Error.

I could write something custom for that easy enough, and I also know about the workflow administrator role and the functionality around that, but as far as I'm aware I can't customise that to specific workflows for specific users\positions.

Is there anything standard that I can use?
