Which system did Work Item or Message generate from?

I suggest that you can use transaction SU01D for System User ID WF-BATCH
and configure a different Last Name/First Name/Format in each different
instance (e.g. Development - TEST-DEV/WF-BATCH; Quality -
TEST-QUAL/WF-BATCH; Production - SAP at PROD/WF-BATCH).

In this way, when the users receive the lotus notes emails from your SAP
instances, the sender WF-BATCH Last Name/First Name/Format can indicate
which system/client a message or work item came from (e.g. TEST-DEV
WF-BATCH, TEST-QUAL WF-BATCH, or SAP at PROD WF-BATCH).

We have a development, quality, & production instance. All of them
generate emails to user's lotus notes email accounts either as simple
messages or to notify them of work items in their inbox. How have you
all resolved the issue of which system/client a message or work item
came from?
