Warning after extended notification window closed

Hello Experts,

                Some one please help me out in fixing this issue. We had
developed a custom workflow 2 years back and configured extended
notification. Everything went fine and there were no issues so far.
Recently we upgraded to EHP 5 and started testing. Everything is ok, but
after closing the extended notification email window, below warning pops
up.

                Before this, I had to replace WS.jar file under WEBGUI
service due to error while opening attachment.
