Is this buffering issue?

Dear WUG,

I had a sap-user assigned to a position which in turn was assigned to one of the responsibilities.

Though this user has been deleted from the position and even after we did the buffer refresh (SWU_OBUF), the user is still getting the workflow messages!

Will you please suggest what needs to be done?
