question from mobile workflow developer

Hello Everyone,
Thanks so much for your willingness to provide input for our mobile workflow developers.  I also have this question from them for you:

Assume that you run into a work item changed / already processed error event on the mobile device during approval. This can happen for some workflow item types (not always BWF is used or reservation of work item is not used, or no new work item id is generated during updating the work item, etc).
What would you choose:

A)     All work items are refreshed in your list automatically.

B)      Only the already processed item is removed, or the changed work item is refreshed automatically.
