Issue with new step in workflow

[Bhupinder]

I am using the  SWE_EVENT_CREATE FM to trigger the workflow, i am passing
the Parent BOR i.e. SCASE into it but my method is in CHILD BOR i.e.
ZBUSCASE which has inherited SCASE.

Any idea whats wrong in this?
