Release Strategy User in Purchase Req.

Hi Nat,
  I am planning to add one more row in the release strategy tab. So there
will not be an issue.
As Ramki pointed out I need to find an enhancment, I tried with BADI
ME_PROCESS_REQ_CUST but no luck, i have to check for implicit enhancement
now.
Please Let me know if any one have any idea.
