Performance issue with the email execution in extended notifications

Hi Experts,

I am facing a performance issue while the user try to execute the workitem
from MS outlook.The workitem is taking so much time to show the APPROVE and
REJECT buttons screen, after clicking the execute workitem link. Is there
any way to improve the performance.
