SAP PS (Project Systems) Workflow

Hi Mike,

Yes, could see how multiple profiles would cause problems. Most of the time you find a single status profile per application record and then deal with multiple system/user statuses per profile.  Of course Status Mgmt can be at header or item level but you are still reading one record to find the status profile.

Thanks for the blast from the past link,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

OK, perhaps I didn't phrase it very well in my mail but I wasn't really
slagging BOR (for a change). However I've had difficulties on several
sites in getting multiple user status profiles to work properly. System
statuses and user statuses without profiles are no problem whatsoever. Or
maybe it was user status with only one profile that worked? can't
remember...

In one such WUG discussion you were even involved:
http://mailman.mit.edu/pipermail/sap-wug/2006-August/thread.html#23340
(link should take you straight to the thread, search for 'User status' if
page doesn't load correctly)

Cheers,
Mike
