Extended Notfications troubleshooting

Hi Greg,
Have you had a play with the SWN_SELSEN_TEST programs and options?
They provide a number of test cases that usually helps narrow down the problems 
There are also SWN...DEL..NOTIF programs that let you delete old notifications or explicitly set the timestamp for new notifications.
Don't forget SLG1 to see the logs. 

For the scenario you describe..., what's the business case? Trying to prevent certain notifications from going out? 
If that's so perhaps you should be filtering by task or recipient?

I want to bounce off an idea about troubleshooting extended notifications.
Here goes. If I don't want to check the 'Delete Old Notication" flag  via
SWNCONFIG or stop the email send job, I could try to run selection
schedule more often than subscription schedule and delete any records
created by selection from SWN_NOTIF before the subscription picks them up?

Any thoughts?
