Problem with "Send Mail" step

Hi,
No this is not a standard behavior. Check the settings in s016 there is a tab 'Mail.sy grp'.
 Check whether 'Send to mail addresses of the users' is checked. If yes, the mail will be sent to the external mail address maintained in SU01d ,if its unchecked the mail will be in SBWP.

Hi WUG,

"Send Mail" step with "Recipient type" as Organizational Object and "Expression" as US<SAP ID> is sending out an external email to the user! Is this a standard behavior?

I was expecting to see a message ONLY in SAP Inbox of the user [since the recipient type is Organization object and NOT Email address]. Please clarify!
