SWI6 Container element not refreshing

[Halladay, Liz (Calgary)]

If I look at the workflow log via SWI6 a container element is not
refreshing/updating.  I have to actually exit the tcode (SWi6) and then
execute SWI6 for the container element to be refreshed.  I have tried
executing SWU_OBUF, that doesn't seem to help.
