Standard text created in work item when customized to PLAIN_TEXT in SWNCONFIG

Hi Experts,

In my workitem text I am calling standard texts created in SO10 via command
prompt /: (INCLUDE 'TEXT_ID' etc)  All the texts are getting displayed
correctly when I choosed EMAIL_HTML option in SWNCONFIG but when I change to
EMAIL_PLAIN standard texts are not egtting displayed .Can some one help me
in finding the issue.
