Authorization error for tcode SWF_OBJ_EXE_CO

Hi All,

When the approvers trying to approve the workitem try to view the PO
or invoice attached to the workflow, they get the hard error "you are
not authorized to use transaction SWF_OBJ_EXE_CL. "

We are not able to determine what is causing this, nothing has changed
in the role of the approvers.

Any input is appreciated.
