Workflow start condition failing

Hello,

If you go into SWDD, fill in the name of the workflow template, click
on the hat button (Basic data), click in the "Version-Independent
(Task)" tab, click on the "Start Events" tab, do you see a symbol in
the "C" column indicating that a start condition is defined? If so,
what colour is the symbol?
