Send Mail Step

Sorry I forgot to add that the username will vary depending on who raised the bill so I cannot select US User then fixed username as a constant.

So does this mean I need a step with a method to concatenate the 'US' to the username?
Or can I do this somehow in the binding? e.g. 'US' &BILL.CREATEDBY& binds to &ADDRESSSTRINGS&.
