Email text

Hi All,
I am very new to Workflow development. We have very simple  approval
process workflow with a standard SAP email step in it.  .  The text entered
for rejection from the previous step is passed into the email step, but
when displayed in the emaill gets truncated at 80 characters.  Any
suggestions how to overcome this.
