How to Find the User ID Who Last Forward the Workitem

Hi Experts,
In standard UWL help, 'Action Handlers' part (pls check url http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp1/helpdata/en/2c/05b15de3864040a9426788a12699b3/frameset.htm), there is below words:

What's meaing of ' custom attribute for the item' here? Is that mean value in task container? Many thanks!
