Error while opening an attachment

Could this be a windows problem/error?  You know when you first open a file with an unknown extension in windows you get presented a popup to choose between programs...

Subject: Error while opening an attachment

Hi All,

When I click to open an attachment I am getting the following error message.

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing the action.Create an association in the Set associations control panel."

My operating system is Windows Vista. Please help me in fixing the issue.

Note: The attachement was added via. SAP_WAPI_ATTACHMENT_ADD
