'Substitute for' info in SAP outbox

Hi All,  I dont see the values in 'substitute for' column in SAP outbox.
This information is available when the work item is in inbox.

My user is substitute of several managers and want to report how many items he worked for each manager at the end of the day.

is there way to populate this information ( or ) any standard report he can run to generate this list.

Client is on SAP 4.7
