Hi Nash,
It appears that program RESOCONT SAP Business Object type ISUCONTRCT might
have a syntax error?
Maybe check SAP Notes for example SAP Note 1508081 - SWDD: Short dump
'Screen: Illegal message'.

Nash,
Program RESOCONT is the SAP Business Object type ISUCONTRCT (Utility
Contract). Did you extend this Business Object with your own Subtype?
Did you make a change to your Subtype code in DEV that you moved to QAS in
the last transport?

Thank you Marton, Sheldon, Rick and Vivek for all the good leads.
Sheldon - I tried all the steps you mentioned. I noticed that when I called
our workflow in SWDD, it is calling the program RESOCONT and timing out
there.
Rick - Moving a new transport from DEV didn't help.
All - I have opened a note with SAP, currencty they are looking into it. I
will keep you guys posted.
Again thank you so much for all the inputs.

Hello Nash,
Which version of SAP you are on?
If you are in ECC 6+ Did you use any Blocks/Forks in your workflow ? .
As Rick has suggested, try doing some dummy changes like change of
descriptiosn etc. in DEV system and see if you have any issues in working
with it in DEV.
Before you do it, Please take an XML version in both 0.4 and Internal XML
formats into your desktop ( Either from SWDD or PFTC ) .
Because, if you are facing this issue in QAS you may very well face it in
DEV too in future.
Regards
Kesari.

I would make another (dummy) change in DEV and transport it again.
