Background Workflow steps taking many hours to execute

Rick,

Today 0%. On Friday much higher. Last Monday lower than Friday but higher than today.

Comparing the number of entries in SWWWIHEAD for a particular day and the number of times RSWWERRE appears in SWWLOGHIST:


 *   A week ago, Monday 11/08
    *   23,177 rows created in SWWWIHEAD
    *   32 rows of RSWWERRE in SWWLOGHIST


 *   Last Friday 11/12
    *   16,918 rows created in SWWWIHEAD
    *   179 rows of RSWWERRE in SWWLOGHIST


 *   So far today 11/15
    *   15,218 rows created in SWWWIHEAD
    *   0 rows of RSWWERRE in SWWLOGHIST

Basis says the only thing that changed over the weekend was scheduling RSWWERRE to run every 20 minutes instead of every 90 minutes.
