Hi Rob,
If you leave indicator blank your workflow will not work because no event will be published.
If you determine recipient according to customization, you should go for 1. Otherwise, 9 can be considered but you'll need to put some code with that. All depends how you plan to determine your approvers.

Hi Experts,
In a PO Workflow template WS2000075, I have release strategy.
The WF should have approval levels of 5.
The release strategy is configured based on values . The approval will be for one release code then the next approver(release code), moving to the next level, and so on.
I want to send email to the approvers to their mobile device.
1. If one approver , releases the Po for one level, does the Workflow move up through the release codes  to the next level . Should I leave the agent blank.
OR should i use '9' and go for the user exit. How is this user exit linked to the agents in the WF?

thanks,
Mike

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement like when the tasks of the particular transport request
is released i need to trigger a mail to basis people to relase the transport
request. For this i have formed a fm that checks whether the tasks are
released r not . I have this fm in a do-enddo statement i.e.,until all the
tasks are released it will keep on checking it. I have this fm in a method
of a class and is used in the activity step of my work flow....so now my
doubt is a whether there will be any performance issue due to this activity
step that enforces wait .......I mean the step may take a day r a week to
complete...so will there be any issue......

Thanks & Regards,
Joe.
