Change the text contents for email notification

Hi,
     Our customer wants us to change the text (document text) in SOST.This requirement is for mail notification for QM01.So when ever a notification is created then a mail should trigger in SOST.So now I need to change the text contents in SOST for notification mail.So please help me how can I achieve this.
