Triggering EHS Workflow for Incident/Accident log.

Good day everyone,

I have a problem triggering a workflow on the change of the status of the
incident/accident- transaction CBIH82.
I have created a custom object to use in the workflow but see that status is
not part of the change document and I need to trigger a workflow when the
status change to "in Process".
Do you know how I can achieve this.
