SWF_RUN 611 Execution Interupted

Ahh... one of those PEBCAK moments (courtesy of a very wise customer many moons ago - "problem exists between chair and keyboard...")

Make sure they use SWWL_TOPLEVEL next time... less chance of stuffing it up.

omg how embarrasment!!

It turns out my mystery was neither mysterious nor complex. The WF
Admin team were running SWWL with an incorrectly maintained variant
and were deleting the open Workitems.

Sometimes the simple answer is the hardest to see :-(
