Screen in Outlook Mail

Dear Wuggies,
I have a challenging reqt. Using RSWUWFML2 report I am sending mail to outlook. Once user opens the mail there should be three buttons there Approve, reject, sendback for correction. I do not want user to click the attachment in mail (feature of RSWUWFML2) to enter R3 inbox and make the decision. I have develop a custom screen with 3 buttons.Please tell me how I can build a custom scrren in outlook mail.
Will customization of RSWUWFML2 report help in this regard. Please suggest me your valuable inputs.
