Help with container element in task description

Hi,

In one of my tasks I consistently get the word 'Links' appearing in the task description where I expect and have defined a container element.

For example: Quote reference number Links

Expecting: Quote reference number <REFERENCE>

The contents of my REFERENCE conatiner is 00000104. So I would expect to get Quote reference number 000000104, instead I get the word Links.

Where am I going wrong? I have done this type of thing before and it always works, yet this time it has gone hay-wire.
