Workitems for IDOC related activity

I don't know if you are having trouble understanding what people are
saying, so I will try explain again:

There is nothing wrong with workflow.
The problem is with IDOC configuration.
This is a workflow forum.
Two mails down we suggested looking in WE40.
We also suggested several other WE?? transactions.
You say you can't find the problem in PFTC.
PFTC is not WE40.
The problem is not in PFTC.
PFTC = Workflow.
WE40 = IDOC
There is nothing wrong with workflow.
The system is behaving normally.
Your situation is caused by IDOC config.
IDOC.
Not workflow.
