Filter Workitem to Substitution

Hi Pavan,

Sankar's requirement is to delete or make disappear substitute workitem
only,* not actual agent's workitem*.I agree workitem is same for both the
agents (Actual and Substitute) in other words common for both (Actual agent
and substitute agent). Deactivating is not the ideal solution in this
case.Is there any FM or Class which can make the workitems disappear  from
an user inbox *not delete.
