Link to BUS2009 object not working in workitem

Hi Rick

We had exactly the same issue and had to give the central employee role
these additional transactions - SWIA, SSC0, etc.
We don't have GUI users so we won't have the problem of users accessing SWIA
directly....
This seems to have been introduced with the new support packs...
