sorry I thought we gave SWIA access to the user but I checked and saw that the users have SWNWIEX and SWUI.

Thanks for the responses. I tried the personal workflow settings but
no luck. Haven't tried the authorizations yet.

Isn't it a bit dangerous to give everyone SWIA access?
