                           First try to use dynamic parallel processing and then implement your logic using FM SAP_WAPI_FORWARD_WORKITEM.

Subject: Workitem Forwarding


Hi,
     A workitem is present in 5 agents inbox. Now i am forwarding the workitem from agent 1 inbox to another agents inbox using the FM SAP_WAPI_FORWARD_WORKITEM . Now , the workitem is getting disappeared from all the other agents inbox.

My requirement is the workitem must not be seen in agent 1 inbox. But it must be present in other agents inbox. Is there any way.
